Rachel is a seasoned veteran on the Navigate team, bringing over 15 years of ophthalmic experience to the lineup. A graduate of Saint Catherine University and a certified COMT, she spent 10 years as a Lead Technician at the University of Minnesota before expanding her skills in an ophthalmology-only surgery center. There, she rotated through every position assisting in the OR during cataract surgeries, supporting pre-op Femto procedures, and providing post-op care with the RxSight LAL system.
Now stepping up to the plate as a Data Specialist at Navigate, Rachel combines her technical expertise and creativity to help drive the team’s success. She’s known for her precision, consistency, and ability to knock any challenge out of the park.
