Joel is a seasoned ophthalmology veteran with a strong interest in the patient experience. He has spent much of his career close to the patient and ophthalmology teams across the country. Today, his work sits at the intersection of strategy, sales, and service.  Joel believes that true growth rarely comes from pressure or persuasion. It comes from clarity, service, and systems that respect people’s time and intelligence.

After more than 15 years in the eye care industry helping practices find the right software and technology, Chris traded transactions for transformation. He understands that a focus on the human approach to patient education reduces patients’ fears and anxieties and creates an better overall experience for everyone. Now leading the commercial team at Navigate, he’s on a mission to make patient education more human and more impactful, one conversation at a time.

With 30+ years in IT, Software Development, Operations, and Compliance, Jessica has seen it all—and probably automated or scienced it. A rare blend of IT wizard and eye care expert, she is laser-focused on making patient education memorable, experiences smoother, and clients wildly successful. Equal parts strategist, problem-slayer, and champion of clarity, her teams turn complex challenges into seamless solutions, no reading glasses required.
