Starting in the veterinarian field, her compassion for others led her to human medicine, where she’s stayed ever since. Amy Cross is relatively new to the eye field, with 4 years of experience, but her dedication to ensuring patients are heard and helping them understand what’s next for them has allowed her to move up the ranks. She started as a receptionist, then a tester, then a patient care coordinator, and then an ophthalmic tech. Off the field, Amy spends time with her cat and reads sci-fi novels.
